My screenshots are missing

Shotivo displays only screenshots you allow it to access. With Limited Photos access, only selected items are visible. Review access in Shotivo or iPhone Settings. Opening an iCloud-backed image may require a download; bulk analysis does not automatically download your whole library.

Search does not find my text

Search uses text recognized on your iPhone. New or unprocessed screenshots may not appear yet. The free text-recognition allowance limits how much content is indexed. Recognition, categories and suggested actions can be incorrect; check important details against the original screenshot.

I marked the wrong screenshot

Marking does not delete an image. Remove it from the deletion review or cancel the operation. Shotivo requests an Apple Photos deletion only after review and explicit confirmation. Deleted items may remain in Recently Deleted. There is no automatic undo or guarantee of immediately available disk space.

My Pro purchase is missing

Sign in with the Apple Account used for the purchase, then choose Restore Purchases in Shotivo Settings. Check your connection and the purchase status with Apple. If the problem continues, contact us using the details below. Never send an Apple password or verification code.

Manage my subscription

Use Manage Subscription in Shotivo Settings, or open iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscription terms and the current total price are shown before purchase through Apple.

Advertising and Deep Scan

In the free version, an optional rewarded ad may provide one Deep Scan credit after successful completion. Closing an ad or a loading error does not earn a reward. A credit is not unlimited Pro access. Pro removes ads. You can reopen available advertising privacy choices in Shotivo Settings.
